have two types of Certified Providers: Certified Service Providers, and
Certified Solution Providers. Both perform tasks for sellers through
software or services they offer. The major difference is that Certified
Solution Providers offer software that connects directly with eBay.
Both are just as qualified to help you. It just depends on what type of

Exams: Company employees take exams on features, policies, best practices, and where applicable, eBay technology.
Seller References: Each company provides customer references we check
including at least one gold PowerSeller.
Business Overview: Each company provides company information to prove
their track record
